Day 6: #SunriseProject

Photo taken from “The Swamp” off of County Highway 83 near the Fraser River at 6:36am.

This morning was amazing.

We left Tabernash and decided to turn onto County Highway 83 off of Highway 40 and park on the road, right near the Fraser River.

At first I set up on the road, but the shot didn’t look right.

David suggested that we walk down into the swamp.

(I’m not sure if “swamp” is the correct name for where we went, but it felt swamp-like.)

The ground was frozen so it was easy to maneuver the terrain.

We found the perfect spot.

The clouds started glowing pink.

My feet were so cold.
