Calm.
Monarch Lake was so calm this morning.
The water was calm. The air was calm. The mountains were calm.
It made me calm.
There were a few people fishing when we got there at 5:30am.
And right behind us, there was a hiker with her dog.
These people get it...
...although “getting it” does not automatically make it easier to get out of bed at 4:39am.
