Day 38: #SunriseProject
This was not what I set out to photograph this morning.
Not even close.
It was very foggy in the Valley this morning.
As such, we were, once again, looking for a way to get above it.
At first, we drove north, towards Granby, with no luck.
Then we turned around and headed towards Winter Park.
Things cleared up in Winter Park, but we couldn’t really find a good vantage point of the fog.
Because I thought the fog-covered valley was what I wanted to capture.
We were on our way to try yet another location when we spotted this guy.
He was an excellent subject...
...and way cooler than any fog-covered valley could ever be.
Today’s lesson...be flexible. Just because you think something will be awesome doesn’t mean something awesomer might come along.
