Day 13: #SunriseProject

April 8, 2020
Sunrise: 6:35am
Photo taken from Pioneer Trail in Fraser, Colorado at 6:38am.

Last night was the Super Pink Moon.

...or Pink Supermoon?

Regardless, it was the “largest” full moon this year, which just means that this full moon (out of all the full moons in 2020) was the closest to Earth so it looked bigger.

The moon does not expand and contract in size.

This morning, we got to watch the moon set as the sun rose.

It’s a pretty neat sight.
